What these terms cover

This site is operated by Bruno Nunes Rosa Consultoria em Tecnologia da Informação Ltda. (“Cactos.app”), Av. Paulista, 1636 — Bela Vista, São Paulo/SP, CEP 01310-200, Brazil, CNPJ 42.328.467/0001-05. By using it you accept these terms.

Every Cactos product has its own home, its own plans, its own price and its own agreement. TimeLog lives at timelog.cactos.app and is governed by the terms published there, not by these. Nothing on this site is an offer or a contract for any product.

Acceptable use

Read it, share it, quote it, link to it. What we ask you not to do:

• Break it on purpose, or try to — scraping at a rate that degrades it for others, probing for vulnerabilities without asking us first, or interfering with anyone else's use of it.
• Use it to do something illegal, or to help someone else do so.
• Pass it off as yours, or present it as endorsing you.

Intellectual property

The text, design, illustrations, logos and code on this site belong to us or to our licensors. The Cactos name and marks are ours. Quoting us with attribution is fine and welcome; wholesale copying, or using our marks in a way that suggests we endorse you, is not.

Links to other places

We link out where it is useful. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for what they do or say — including how they handle your data, which is governed by their policies rather than ours.

Availability and warranties

We try to keep this site accurate and available, but it is provided as it is. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that everything on it is current — product plans in particular change, and a page describing something as forthcoming is a statement of intent, not a promise.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, and nothing in them removes rights you have as a consumer — including under the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code (Lei 8.078/1990) and mandatory EU and UK consumer law. Where those rights conflict with anything above, those rights win.

Changes, law and venue

We may update these terms; the version and effective date at the top will change when we do. These terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil, with venue in the courts of São Paulo, SP. If you are a consumer, you keep the right to bring proceedings in the courts of your own place of residence where the law gives it to you.
